1.  How are personalized books made?
 
Hard-back covers, color illustrated pages, and other supplies needed to design a book are purchased through Best Personalized Books, Inc., where Nonni's Niche is licensed.  Through computer technology, perfected software, laser printers and special equipment we are able to produce each book individually.  We are a home based business which allows us to produce a very high quality product at a very reasonable price.
 
2.  When will I receive my order?
 
Orders will be processed immediately after payment has been received.  You should receive a confirmation notice of shipment as soon as it has processed.  If you do not receive your order within 14 days, you should contact us immediately at: 201-741-5729 or email Nonni's Niche.  We will do everything we are able to do to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner.
 
3.  What credit cards do you accept?
 
Nonni's Niche accepts Visa, Discover and MasterCard through ProPay; PayPal, personal checks and money orders are also accepted on our SECURE SHOPPING CART.
 
4.  What if I don't want to charge my order?
 
No problem.  Our shopping cart is set up to take your information and keep it until your check is received.  Just click "check by mail" in the payment area.  You may also mail your order and personal check to:  Nonni's Niche, PO Box 104, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410.  But please do not print your child's info in all capital letters.
 
5.  Is it all right to call you with my order?
 
We are happy to speak with you, however, please know that it is very difficult to understand correct spellings, etc., over the phone.  We strongly recommend you complete an order form to ensure that spellings and all information is correct.
 
6.  How are your shipping and handling charges calculated?
 
Nonni's Niche offers a $4.60 Flat USPS priority shipping for any amount of books and products shipped within the United States.  Large bulk orders are shipped via UPS.
 
7.  What if Nonni's Niche makes a mistake in my order?
 
We go over the orders and personalization information very carefully to make sure that the items are correct.  Mistakes may occasionally happen and we will do everything we can to correct the problem.  Please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will verify the mistake and immediately send a new book to you with the problem corrected.  For orders other than books please call:  201-741-5729.
 
      What if I (customer) made the mistake?
 
Please go over all your information carefully and check to make sure that everything is the way it should be printed.  We understand that mistakes happen, and we will remake another book for 25% off the original price using the same information except for the corrected item.  Customers will be responsible to pay for the new book's shipping costs.
 
8.  What is your privacy policy?
 
Your privacy is very important to us.  We guarantee that we will never sell, share, trade or give away names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses to any outside vendors.
